The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the main strip and close to the metro. Rooms are spacious, clean, and come with TV and air conditioning. Friendly staff are knowledgeable about the area and can help with subway navigation.
Some guests have reported issues with cleanliness and maintenance, such as broken bathroom shelves and wardrobes, uncomfortable beds, and cigarette odors.

Spent Xmas holidays in a great hotel. The staff was awesome, they really made the stay memorable, offering great advice on local attractions and arranging extras like airport shuttle. The room had a comfy bed and a decent bathroom, but the real pleasure was the delicious breakfast. Plus, the hotel was situated in a great location, close to all amenities and tourist attractions.
The room was a bit outdated, and the shower had some minor issues. The carpets could have been cleaner, and the noise levels from outside were a bit high.

The hotel staff were amazing and always there to help me out. They were knowledgeable about the area and gave me great advice on getting around the city. They gave me great recommendations on where to eat and what to do, and even called a friend to help me get to a meeting point when my driver didn't show up. The hotel was in a great location, just a short walk away from public transportation and other local attractions.

Fatherly and helpful staff. Provided exact room booked. Safe area near Wyndam Grand Hotel and metro. Insightful and well trained staff. Meaningful conversations with staff. Big, clean room with TV and air-conditioner. Very friendly and helpful personnel. Not far from metro station

Liked the Location and Good Facilities the hotel was situated in an excellent location, just a short walk away from the nearest metro station. This helped us get around the city easily, with easy access to all the top sites and landmarks. the hotel facilities were great too, with air-conditioned and spacious rooms with a large television.
Disliked the Noise and Old Furniture One thing we didn't like about the hotel was the noise at night, which made it difficult to sleep. the furniture in the rooms was also quite old and outdated, which detracted from the overall look and feel of the hotel.
